Penny Black Bar

Penny Black sits on the lakefront in the Cromwell Heritage Precinct, right at the start of the Dunstan Cycle Trail. It’s Cromwell’s cocktail bar: craft cocktails alongside local beer, wine and spirits, with both indoor and outdoor seating depending on the weather.

Casual and unhurried, it’s a good spot to finish a ride or a day on the lake, mountains and water in full view.

Penny Black doesn’t run a booking system, so it suits dropping in rather than reserving ahead. For a larger group, it’s worth letting them know directly so they can sort the space out for you.
