What you need to know
Yes, we provide a range of transport options to and from the trail and on the trail. Our vehicles are modern and comfportanle Mercedes Sprinters and Ford Transits
Lake Dunstan Trail Transfers: We have multiple shuttle options each day servicing the the trail. Our main departure is 9:30 am (or 10:00 am in the winter) from Clyde to the Cromwell Heritage Precinct. At the end of the day there is a 4:15 pm departure from Clyde to Cromwell / Queenstown.
If you’re worried about the more difficult parts of the trail and your current skill level then take advantage of our Lake Dunstan Explorer option where you ride the mellow parts and boat cruise back from there. You’ll even have time in your day to take on a wine tasting at Monte Christo Winery or enjoy some shopping in Clyde’s boutique precinct.

Delays: From time to time, we will be delayed, it’s one of those things about driving anywhere. Our timetables have some additional time built in but if there are road works, congestion etc then we may be late. Similarly we are reliant on customers being at the designated collection point read to go at the designated time. We do not accept any liability for missed flights, dinner bookings etc.
Carriage of personal bikes: While we take all care when carrying your bikes, we are not liable for any incidental damage. We’re carrying a lot of hire bikes on very large trailers and although we will carry customer bikes, we can’t account for variations in length, tyre width etc. We use a special bike blanket on every second customer bike to prevent any rubbing etc. You’ll be involved in the securing of your bike so that you’re satisfied that it is secure.
